Do you stock the products? Are your products freshly made?

Many vegetarian pickles are made in season, when most ingredients are available. We use the fresh & premium quality ingredients and oil, so our pickles have much longer shelf life. Others like Tomato, Gongura, Lemon, Brinjal etc., are available throughout the year. So they are made fresh as per orders.  All Mango variety of pickles, Amla, Tamarind etc., are available only in the summer, so these pickles are made in summer. All Powders are freshly prepared according to the orders received.

What is the USP about your products?

All our products are made up of premium quality ingredients, homemade masalas. The products are free from preservatives, vinegar, acetic acid, artificial flavours and colors. We prepare only vegetarian pickles. Homemade pickles and powders are much better than factory made. (Please refer to “Why you should buy from us?” for more information)

How long do your products stay good?

You should refrigerate them and use clean, dry spoon/ fork to take the pickle/powder.
They would remain good for 2 to 6 months.

How do you pack the items?

All our pickles are packed pack with high density, non-breakable bags. Once sealed at our end, the packages cannot be opened and are tamper proof. Hence it is strong enough and don`t break. Most of our customers buy our pickles/powders to take them abroad, so our packing makes sure that it doesn’t break during the transit. We take utmost care while undertaking packaging of our products so that your food items are delivered to you in the best condition.

Is there any shipping charge?

We use several logistic partners for our shipments. We ship both Domestic and International. According to that charges will get applied. Free Shipping on orders above Rs.999/= (Domestic only)

Will you share the tracking id?

Yes, once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your order. We will also send you the tracking details, once the order is dispatched.

What is the mode of payment?

We have teamed up with multiple payment gateways and Razor Pay is our preferred payment gateway. We accept all kinds of Debit & Credit Cards, Net Banking and Google pay. Alternatively you can choose COD also.

Do you accept returns? If yes, what is the procedure?

We don`t accept returns because of the perishable nature of the products. 

What is the procedure to cancel the order?

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 2 hours from the time on which you have placed the order. No cancellation is feasible in case products are shipped. Your order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Your money will be refunded within 7 – 10 working days from time of processing the refund. Refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Do you Replace product in case of damage?

We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition. In such cases, we can send you a replacement product. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours. We may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product.

What if I am not available during the time of delivery?

Delivery will be rescheduled by our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided to you.

What are the areas do you deliver?

There is a pin code check option. Please enter your pin code against your selected product to find if the merchandise can be delivered to the location. Additionally, at the time of checkout based on entered parameters our system will process the eligibility of the order. It’s our duty is to provide access to all pickle and powder lovers regardless of location; we try to feature more pin codes.

How can I make changes to the provided address or phone number?

You can make changes to the contact details by contacting our support number before the product is dispatched.

How do I order products in bulk?
